  • Tap Settings

    Set Default Email Address On Iphone

    If you have 2 or more Email Accounts, you can designate a Default Email Account for sending Emails from iPhone.

    1. Go to Settings> Mail> scroll down and tap on Default Account.

    Note: The Default Account option appears only when there are two or more Email Accounts on iPhone.

    2. On the next screen, select the Email Account that you want to set as your Default Account for sending Messages from iPhone.

    Using The Gmail Or Inbox App

  • 1Open the App Store. It’s a blue app that contains a white “A” inside a circle.
  • 2Tap Search in the bottom-right part of the screen. Then tap the “Search” field at the top of the screen and begin typing “Gmail”. As you type, apps will be suggested on the screen below the “Search” field.
  • 3Choose an app. Both Gmail and Inbox by Gmail are official Google apps that allow you to send and receive Gmail messages on your iPhone.

    If You Would Like To Change A Hotspot Password To One Of Your Choosing Simply Go To

    1. Settings> Cellular> Personal Hotspot or Settings> Personal Hotspot on newer iPhone handsets.

    3. Create a new password of at least eight characters using English letters and numbers. Be aware that if you use non-ASCII characters such as Japanese, Chinese and other languages. Other phones and computers cannot join your Personal Hotspot.

    Should I Use Imap Or Pop

    IMAP is better if you are going to be accessing your email from multiple devices, such as a work computer and a smart phone. POP3 works better if you are only using one device, but have a very large number of emails. It is also better if you have a poor internet connection and need to access your emails offline.

    How To Set Up Hotmail On Iphone

    Note that these instructions have been written for Hotmail, but the process is exactly the same whether you want to set up an Outlook, Live, or MSN account. This tutorial shows you how to do this on an iPhone, but the steps are identical on iPad.
