You can mark messages as junk and we’ll remember those senders so you don’t see those messages in your inbox in the future.

  • Tap or click the space just before a message and then select the messages you want to move to the junk folder.

  • Tap or click Junk and the messages will be moved to the Junk folder.

Further, if you just want to delete a single message or a bunch of messages from different senders, heres how you do that:

  • Tap or click the space just before a message and then select the boxes next to the messages you want to delete.

  • Tap or click Delete.

You can also try to add the sender’s email to the blocked list on the account which you have added to the mail app and then check if it helps.

Delete All The Addresses From The Outlook Autocomplete List

To clear the autocomplete list of all entries in Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010:

  • Go to the File tab.

  • Select Options.

  • In the Outlook Options dialog box, select the Mail category.

  • In the Send messages section, select Empty Auto-Complete List.

  • In the confirmation dialog box, select Yes.

  • If you want to turn off the autocomplete list and prevent Outlook from suggesting recipients, clear the Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, Cc, and Bcc lines check box.

  • Select OK to close the Outlook Options dialog box.

    Outlook remembers up to 1000 email addresses you’ve used in the past, even if you have never stored them as Contacts. There are pros and cons to this behavior.
