Add an Image to Gmail Signature WITHOUT a URL

If you have a company logo or an image to add to your signature, use the following steps.

  • Open a new message and then select Signature> Signatures.

  • In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to.

  • Select the Image icon , locate your image file, and select Insert.

  • To resize your image, right-click the image, then choose Picture. Select the Size tab and use the options to resize your image. To keep the image proportions, make sure to keep the Lock aspect ratio checkbox checked.

  • When you’re done, select OK, then select OK again to save the changes to your signature.

  • Add Or Change A Signature

    You can put up to 10,000 characters in your signature.

  • In the top right, click Settings See all settings.
  • In the “Signature” section, add your signature text in the box. If you want, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style.
  • At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
  • Stick To Certain Dimensions

    If your goal is to make your email to render well in every email client, its best to stick with 600px width. However, to optimize images for Retina screens, you need to double the pixel dimensions for every image you upload. Otherwise, your subscribers would see a blurry image if they own a Retina display.

    How To Add A Hyperlink In Outlook 2013/2016/2019

  • Open a new email message on your desktop Outlook 2019
  • In the Message menu, select Signature > Signatures > choose the signature you want to edit
  • 3. Select the text you want to make into a hyperlink and click the Link icon at the right end of the editors toolbar

  • Add the URL you want to link to and click OK
  • Back in the editor hit OK again to save your work

    How To Insert An Image Into Your Email Signature

    Step 1. Sign into your Gmail account

    Step 2. Go to Settings

    Step 3. Under the General tab, scroll to the bottom to find the Signatures section

    Step 4. By default, No signature is selected

    Step 5. To add a signature, select the Create new button. A text box will appear where you must name your signature.

    Step 6. Add your signature name and click Create

    Step 7. Customize your signature in the text box provided

    11.2) Right click on the logo and select Copy image address

    11.3) Go back to your Gmail signature settings and select Web address , and then paste the image address URL into the box provided

    How To Insert Image In An Email Signature In Gmail

    Inserting an image in a custom signature is one of the most manageable tasks in Gmail. You can create multiple signatures in Gmail and select a different signature as and when you wish.

    To begin with, click on the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select See all settings in the right sidebar.

    Once you open the settings, click on the General tab, scroll down, and click on Create New in the Gmail signature section.

    Next, you have to enter your Gmail signature name in a pop-up box.

    You need to add your information details like your name, position, phone number, and email address in the signature block. Once you add that, click on the Image option on the toolbar.

    Next, you need to upload the image. Click on the Upload tab in the image dialog box and choose Select a file from your device. You can also upload an image from your Google Drive. Another way is to copy the image address and insert the Image URL in the Web Address section.

    You can see the result after uploading the image. Once the image appears in the signature text box, you can also use the resizing options to fit appropriately within the text box.

    After completing the settings, make sure you scroll down and click on the Save Changes button to save the settings.

    Go to the Compose window in your Gmail inbox you can see the image signature added to the text portion of the mail message with the image.

    Why Doesnt The Recipient See My Image

    There can be various reasons why the recipient will get a broken image icon or not get the image at all while you can see it as it should. The most likely reasons are

    • The message is being received in Plain Text.
    • The image is located on the Internet and the recipient has not unblocked the image yet.
    • The image is located in a location on the Internet the recipient cannot access.
    • The image is located on your local computer, you have the Send a copy of the pictures option disabled and created the signature in another application (meaning not via the built-in Signature editor.

    Other causes may still apply but these are likely to be the result of computer issues at the recipients side instead of issues on your side.
