How To Use Hide My Email
To create new addresses for Hide My Email, go to System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud on Mac, or Settings > your name > iCloud on iOS or iPadOS. You dont enable or disable Hide My Email, but just create a new address. On iOS or iPadOS, tap Create New Address, or on Mac click Options, then click +.
On all of these platforms, youll see any existing email addresses youve set up with Sign In with Apple, as well as any Hide My Email addresses youve created.
When you create a new address, youll see a dialog like this:
Enter a label such as the site or service youre using the address with and any notes you want to use. Click or tap Continue, and the address will be active.
When Hide My Email is active, youll be able to choose any of the addresses you created as the From address in new emails you compose on your iCloud account, though this is currently not implemented in the public betas. You can, however, copy an address from either System Preferences or iOS/iPadOS settings to paste it in a website or app.
You can try out Hide My Email even if youre not using the betas. Go to https://beta.icloud.com, click Account Settings, and there should be a Hide My Email section below My Devices. Click Manage and follow the instructions. However, currently, even on the iCloud beta website, theres no way to select a Hide My Email address in the From line when you create a new email.
Setting Default Mailboxes In The Mail App
Apple Mail uses six default mailboxes in an email account: Inbox, Advertising, Sent, Drafts, Archive, and Trash. Use the mailbox behavior settings to control which mailboxes and where – on the mail server or locally – are used for this purpose.

Send An Email Using The Email List In Gmail
Now that you have a list created and labeled, go to your Gmail inbox to send an email to the whole group of contacts.
Once the page loads, hover the mouse cursor over the Plus icon and click the Compose button when it appears to start a new email.
From the New Message window, start to type the name you gave the label and then click on the suggestion when it appears below the text field.
After you select the label, fill out the email and then click the Send button when you finish to send it to everyone in the group list.
