So the email server is going to put the correct date and time stamp on your email, but what if you can set up and control your own email server?
E-mail works using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol and SMTP servers are not incredibly difficult to set up or use.
If you have an earlier version of Windows, particularly a server OS such as Windows Server 2000, then you may already have an SMTP server on your PC and all you have to do is turn it on and configure it to send your emails.
However, Windows 10 no longer includes an SMTP server. Fortunately, there are a lot of free SMTP server programs out there and you can download one of them. This is rather a lot of trouble to go through just to get an email date to look different, but if its really necessary, this may be the only way.
Note that you must own a domain to use this procedure!
hMailServer is one of the most popular free email servers. I will give you a quick rundown on how to install and configure it.
For setting up the actual mail transfers, you will need to get information from the ISP with whom youve registered the domain. As I said, this isnt a simple process and Ive only given you the very basics here.

Changing time zones will hardly take a minute, and you can easily do it whenever you want. Just follow the steps below:
Step-1: Click on the Windows icon on the taskbar and then select the Settings cogs. You can also use the shortcut keys Win + I to open the app.
Step-2: When the app opens, click on Time & language in the left pane.
Step-3: Select Date & Time.
Step-4: Turn the toggle switch Off next to Set the Time automatically.

This actually makes more sense because the user only needs to update the time zone on their computer and every email timestamp automatically gets updated by itself without having to manually change the settings for every webmail.
Here are the steps to change your date and time or time zone settings in Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8.
1. Press WIN + R to bring up the Run window.
2. Type control date/time into the Run window and click OK.
3. Click the Change time zone button.
4. Select the time zone that youre currently in and click OK.
As Windows does not show the full list of time zones, you may not know which one to select if youre not familiar with zones especially if your city is not in the list. What you can do is look up the time zone for your country or city in WorldTimeServer.com and choose one in Windows that matches it. For example, the time zone for Malawi is +0200 UTC.
In Windows time zone settings, the best selection would be Harare which is the closest to Malawi although its in a different country.
