This wont send an email every day, but rather Mailchimp will check every day to see if you have posted anything new. If you have published a new blog post that day, an email will be automatically sent to your subscribers containing that new blog post. If you havent, nothing will happen.

If you happen to have posted more than once since the last email was sent out, all these new blog posts will go out in the same email. This is good news as it means you wont bombard your subscribers with lots of emails!! The maximum number of emails they will get is one per day.
