    If you’ve closely followed the previous section of this tutorial, you already know how to have a signature automatically added to new messages, replies and forwards.

    All you have to do is to select the desired default signature for each of your accounts. As you remember, these options reside under the Choose default signature section of the Signatures and Stationery dialog window and are available when creating a new Outlook signature or changing the existing signature.
