How To Add Another Email Account To Your Iphone
After you have another email account, adding it to your iPhone is simple. If the email account you want to add is from AOL, Microsoft Exchange, Gmail, iCloud, Outlook.com, or Yahoo, Apple had built shortcuts into the iOS to make it easy to add .
On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
Choose Mail > Accounts.
Select Add Account.
Choose the type of account or email client you want to add.
Because the steps are different based on what kind of email address you’re adding, there’s no single set of instructions to provide at this point. Generally speaking, you’ll input your email address, then the password and, then may choose some settings. Follow the onscreen prompts and the email account should be added to your iPhone in just a couple of steps.
The Mail app is not the only email app available for the iPhone. You can use the Gmail app, the Outlook app, or a third-party email app that supports multiple accounts. For more on those, check out The Best Email Apps for iPhone 2019.
Google Blocked My Sign
For most users, adding Gmail to iPhone should be a breeze. But you may run into problems if Google blocks access for security reasons.
One of the most common issues for people is signing into a new device or in a new location, even on a trusted device. Google may block this as it can look like suspicious activity.
To fix this, youll need to log into your Gmail account. If available, use a trusted device. This will skip identity verification steps. You should see in your inbox a notification that Google blocked a sign-in attempt.

How To Load Remote Images
Loading remote images in your email is part security concern and part bandwidth concern. Spam senders can use tiny embedded images to determine whether youve opened a message . Pictures can also eat up bandwidth if you get a lot of them. And do note here that by remote images, were talking about images that are inline URLs within a message that point to pictures online . Were not talking about pictures people have attached in their emails to you.
The option to load remote images is enabled in Mail by default, but you can turn it off.
As you might have guessed by now, that toggle is in the Settings app, inside the Mail section.

Yahoo Mail Email Server Settings
The directions listed above don’t require you to make changes to the email server settings the phone uses to access Yahoo Mail because you logged in directly from the web. However, you may need the server settings for Yahoo to set up your account manually or if the directions above didn’t work.
Your phone requires SMTP settings to send mail through your Yahoo account from your phone. Enter the Yahoo Mail SMTP server settings to send emails.
If your Yahoo emails don’t download to your iPhone, make sure the phone is using the correct Yahoo Mail POP server settings. POP is one way to download emails. You can also use IMAP, in which case you’ll use the Yahoo Mail IMAP server settings.
Using Gmail With The Mail App Automatically

Instead of adding an extra app, many people prefer to use Apples built-in email app, Mail. If you want to add your Gmail address to Mail follow these steps:

Next, tap Signature option.
Finally, type the signature you would like to use and save your changes by tapping the Mail button in the top-left corner.
Mail is a pretty simple app, but there are a number of settings available to help you make it your own.
